Mr. Shivan Alhaj Ali was born in Al-Hassaka, Syria in 1987. He graduated with a Master degree in Construction Management Engineering from Aleppo University in 2012.Shivan is Bahar Country Director since 2019 and was start as Program coordinator with Bahar in 2018. Shivan leads operation and program activities for organization coordinating Country intervention with all Donors, partner, and all stockholder, also developing country strategic plans Shivan has worked with international NGOs including Save the Children International in Iraq and Syria Humanitarian responses since 2016. And since that time Shivan representing himself as Humanitarian and Civil Society activistBefore to moving to Iraq, Shivan was the Director of the Laboratory for checking construction materials in the Water Resources Department in Al-Hasakah from 2012 to 2013. Based on this experience, Shivan has a deep understanding of the Bahar mission, operations, and programs, and a strong relationship with staff members and partners.Shivan objective is to Support and developing appropriate local advocacy strategies to raise awareness and advocate for change in key issues that are priorities for local community in Syria.Shivan is from Al-Hassaka city - Syria.
