Closely monitor & Coordination with execution team (Simulation, SCM, Integration, Controls & Robotics team) to perform the execution of the project smoothly. Proper Documentation of project track record like, Scope signoff and their iteration records, time plan, project development record, design review and change history, etc. to support the audit of the department. Detail planning & Scheduling of Installation and monitoring the progress closely. Responsible to close the project with documenting the lessons learnt, completion certificate and Updating Organizational Process Assets (OPA).
