Responsibility : • Weekly resource utilization reports processing in BRIO and Query management Facilities. • Document of understanding and Baseline project plan verification and approval and recording it in team room. • Intercompany agreement creation. • Ad hoc reports on request (Utilization, Expenses) and Monthly report from Business data warehouse. • Cost recovery for department overhead from various project accounts. • Reconcile ledger and take necessary action by sending the Journal Entry to business finance. • Query management and Inter company agreement billing.Significant accomplishments: • Got Thanks award for sending Ad hoc report to delivery team in time.
