The main interface was created in Microsoft .NET 4.0 and is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Cloud Services). The backend database was created in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and is hosted within Microsoft Azure (SQL).The tool is designed to track and manage the workload and throughput. Requests are assigned to each resource or to their support teams. The project team has the ability to prioritize each request which will determine the next request to work on.Roles : Development, Working on Change requests & On-call supportResponsibilities-Independent contributor to this project-Production Support-Build update to staging & production environment in Azure cloud services-Had interacted with the onsite team on a daily basis-A weekly status updates to onsite reporting manager.
