Spearheading hiring for the Temp Staffing & Neem Trainee vertical for South Location, Accountable for the P&L of the location, Developing the team and building capacity.

Roles & Responsibilities:To Handle all operations for the defined branch/region on behalf of the company. This involves Branch Operations, Client meetings, Key Account Management, Compliance & Statuary, Service Deliverable, Team Management, Branch Profitability, Client Escalations, Business Development which involves Cold Calling, Existing Client References & others.Responsibilities: -• Responsible of all recruitment process done in across Karnataka State.• Responsible to lead a team of recruitment consultants, freelancers & field supervisors. Incentives, reward, recognition, evaluation and training conducted for the team.• Develop and maintain long term, trusted relationships with key clients.• New client acquisitions and ensuring Branch growth.• Responsible for handling Profit and loss account / Branch profitability.• Revenue forecasting and achievement of the same.• Ensure excellent client servicing & enhance customer relationship through on time pay rolling, associate recruitment, and accurate compliance.• Responsible for overall productivity of the staffs.• Revenue Tracking, Contract Management, Upfront Process, Cost Control, Vendor Management and Employee Claims.• Responsible for closing all the monthly open mandates as per the TAT given by clients. Preparing Reports Daily / Weekly / Monthly for the net add & conducting review meetings with the team members in order to streamlining the process.

Roles and Responsibilities:-Recruitments: -• Mapping the business requirements, Advertisement management, Event planning & Support, Applicant response management, Interview management, Offer management, Processes analytics.• Staffing & Recruit personnel in accordance with approved processes.• Preparation of reports, analysis, planning & execution.• Sourcing & Screening the resumes, conducting telephonic round & Short-listing.• Co-ordination in Organizing events, Campus Recruitment & Job Fairs.• Sourcing candidates (from portals, referrals, mapping, head hunting, networking, agencies, and campus recruitment).• Scheduling interviews & coordinating up to closure of requirement.• Coordinate with clients on agreements, requirements, resumes forwarded/ short listed/ interviews, closures discuss/ clarify technical & related aspects of the requirement.• Direct interaction with the client for project feedback, follow-ups, updates, explore new business opportunities.Supply Chain/Vendor Management: -• Deal with more than 250 sourcing partners (Placement Agencies) from Pan India.• Developing new Vendors as per the projected load - identifying, selecting, negotiating rates, defining & signing contract as per the company norms.• Regular follow up with vendors for getting project updates on daily basis. Looking after project closures, payments.• Assist other departments as the need arises. Overall accountability for all activities of the vendor management.Reports: -• Generate, manage & update various MIS reports & tracker sheets, requirements, dashboard, individual recruiters/teams, for candidates sourced through headhunting/ networking, etc.• Closure reports, status reports, metric reports, channel mix reports.• Feedback reports & other periodical reports.

Roles & Responsibilities: -• Joining formalities, handling employee database (both in soft form and files management)• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations.• Leaves and attendance management.• Handling the payroll, Managing advance salary.• Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management.• Motivate employees on day-to-day basis.• Exit-interviews, Full and final settlement.
