Learned the art & process of garment designing starting from CAD Patterns to selecting BOM, matching our clients requirement. Closely worked with Production& Finishing Deptt. , to achieve highest product quality. Also, made Apparel Quality Modules & Time and Action Plans, for smooth dispatch to the clients.

During this tenure, we incorporated 7 Policies, aimed to increase productivity both at managerial & Blue-collar level. We also digitized most of our operations, leading to smooth & agile work flows.

During my Summer Internship, I interacted & learned work flows in the factory system. Communicated as well as worked under different Department heads to understand the manufacturing cycle.

Youth Youniverse was self funded Digital Marketing organization, My role included-*Maintaining Stakeholder Relationship.*Creating and monitoring content including website reviews, product descriptions, mailers etc.

-Organized college's first MUN, working as marketing executive.- Contacted various vendors & sponsors for the event, ensured smooth communication.
