Partnering with Clients for their Senior Management Roles / CXO Level Talent NeedsJob Responsibilities:• Managing the entire life-cycle of leadership hiring for clients across multiple practices• Worked on International as well as National Search Assignments• Identifying new business opportunities within the industry. Responsible for Business Development activities in Europe, USA and APAC • Preparation of Proposals• Partnering with the clients for understanding hiring requirements• Candidate / Industry Mapping (LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Cold calling)• Sourcing, Screening and short listing of candidates• Preparation of Position Description in line with the client requirements• Specialization in Research, Talent Mapping, Industry Mapping, Headhunting, Candidate Screening & Profiling• Working majorly on CXO level mandates

Job Responsibilities:• Build and develop knowledge base of companies, candidates, and various industries/practices• Involved in preliminary stage of search for various Leads and Assignments for the Fortune 500 Companies (CXO and Board level hiring)• Work closely with Consultants, Research Principals and Research Associates across the USA, EMEA, DACH region and Asia• Candidate mapping (mainly from LinkedIn Recruiter)• Executive Profiling (quick and detailed) for candidates that are shared with EZ’s global clients• Prepared Nordic/DACH region Newsletters (for Lead generation)• Running Negative Press Search on candidates• Proficient in usage of data sources like Capital IQ, LinkedIn, BoardEx, Hoovers, LexisNexis, Factiva, ZoomInfo, OneSource (later Avention), and Reuters etc• Industry Studies: Trends, Issues Opportunities & Rankings of top companies across various sub-sectors in regions like US, EMEA, DACH and APAC• Additional responsibility for managing the workflow and taking care of allocation• Also responsible for Auditing/Quality Checking and mentoring of new joinersAchievements & Awards:• Awarded ‘Quality Champion of the Month’ for November 2015• Awarded with ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ during the Town Hall Meeting (May 2016)

Job Responsibilities:• To analyze the quality of data received from different sources• Moderating huge amount of data before it reflects on the website• Responsible for quality checking the information on the Zomato website as well as the information at hand• Worked on new city launches with the team while adhering to the international quality standard• Worked on the Instagram tool to collect information from Server end• To effectively execute the assignments in a time bound manner
