With over five years of experience in the education technology field, I am passionate about creating innovative and impactful solutions that enhance learning outcomes and experiences for students and educators. As the Head of Product at PLUS - Personalized Learning Squared, I lead a diverse team of engineers, researchers, and designers to combine human+Ai tutoring and to double math learning for middle school students across America. I am driven by the mission of democratizing access to quality education and empowering learners of all backgrounds and abilities to achieve their full potential.In my current role, I leverage my skills in operations management, product management, and entrepreneurship to strategize, develop, and launch scalable and user-friendly products that meet the needs and preferences of our target market. I also raise capital and write grants to support the growth and sustainability of our project, which is a fast-growing edtech initiative at Carnegie Mellon University. I have successfully secured multiple funding sources and partnerships, and have increased the usage and learning rates by 2000% and 100%, respectively.
