- Handling junior, middle & senior level requirements
- Managed full-life cycle of recruiting (full-time/permanent) and hiring processes sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, inter Previewing, reference checking, compensation negotiations, final offers and joining
- Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description of the client through various strategies/channels like: Monster, Naukri Google resume Searches, Shine, LinkedIn candidate references.
- Create search strings as per the job description and requirement given by client’s hiring managers in order to reach out the best and quality profiles in shorter time
- Responsible for pre-screening of candidates over the phone
