RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a contact person to internal and external customers and provide them with efficient and consistent customer service. Close interaction with Marketing Service, Business Support, Affiliates and Agents. Manage sales order processing (create, change, reject) and provide customers with information on all customer inquiries. Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner on SAP. Create Delivery note, monitor and check open on the basis of sales orders. Capture and maintain customer/country shipping instructions/requirements for effective and efficient order execution. Pro-active communication with external customers and work with the business team to resolve customer concerns, pricing discrepancies, credit holds, and related issues to ensure the customer needs are met. Expedite/Trace Shipments. Ask for Freight Rates if required. Release invoice for booking the shipments. Coordinate with the other departments regarding payment release issue, Master data updation and customer master data updation issue. Deciding the LSP(Logistic Service provider) and mode of the shipment on the basis of lead time of the goods, Customer delivery date and price. Enter customer complaints into the Quality Notification System (QNS). Monitor open orders and work with planning on material availability. Consignment Order Processing. Responsible for the Credit/Debit and Return Process. Coordinate with Logistic service providers to track the shipments. Provides shipments details to customer. Prepare shipping documents to the customer.(PL, COA, commercial Invoice, COO) Working on orders based on Letter of Credit ,follow up with banks and overseas customers , taking care of order processing of export order ,export documentation , follow up with third parties like CHA , Freight Forwarder ,shipping line. Handling order processing for Triangular sales business, Local Business and Direct Indent business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Role played is of Logistic Coordinator, responsible process of SAP –SD/MM Module, which includes- Responsible for end to end process in order handling and delivery execution of orders for Nokia Solutions & Networks. Handling Pre- ordering activities in SAP. Ensuring that goods leave the supplier premises and deliver the goods to the customer on time. Deciding the LSP and mode of the shipment on the basis of lead time of the goods, Customer delivery date and price. Analyzing and sending Shipping Requests to the appropriate freight forwarder for cost effectiveness and smooth logistic handling. Handling queries and escalations of the process Attending weekly performance meetings with clients. Responsible to create Sales Order with reference of Quantity Contract. Responsible to create Billing Documents. Knowledge of complete Order to Cash Process. Maintain WBS Element in Project System Mode. Responsible to update the functional Location of WBS. Update Milestone Billing. Responsible for handling complete supply chain process in SAP project system Environment. Ability to solve the issue during process. Creating Service and Purchase Order. Responsible for generate the reports like list of Sales Orders, Delivery Due List, Billing Due List etc. Working on IPM and Cover tool. Responsible for creation of Ship to Party(Customer). Working knowledge of creating Sales Order, Billing Document, WBS Element through SAP Script. Responsible for creating the Daily Dashboard, Order Change Report and Daily Schedule Report.
