3 years back I suffered from a massive burn out from my corporate job. I kept pushing myself until one day while I was working on a deck on a deadline, at 2 am, I broke down, feeling overwhelmed, cried for 3 hours, then wiped off my tears and went back to work at 5 am to finish the deck and send it to my manager.Finished work at 8 am and then was back at work for this new day at 10 am. That day I quit. I just couldn't go on any more. I completely broke down. It took me a month to feel normal again and then I started my quest to find ways in which I could heal myself and recover from the burnout.
