involved in the full life cycle of the Recruitment Process (End to End Recruitments) starting from Job Analysis, mapping, sourcing, screening, evaluation, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, offers.  Head Hunting from LinkedIn, Sourcing of relevant candidates through job portals (Naukri.com), Mass mailing from portals, networking, references.  Liaison with the potential candidates: Checking their interest level, salary & notice period details, sharing the profile details/JD. Assessing the candidates’ Suitability, Attitude, Academics and Professional qualification, Experience, Communication skills etc.  Follow up with candidates during the interview cycle and thereafter to ensure acceptance of offers, joining etc and maintain a relationship henceforth.  Maintain and update status of all ongoing position (status of interviews, candidate short listed for various rounds, pipeline etc).
