As an assistant manager of human resources at ServerGuy, I work with various Zoho applications to streamline and automate the recruitment process. I implemented Zoho Recruit, an applicant tracking system, in the organization, and integrated it with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri. I also prepared and implemented pre-assessment tests for different job roles, and created a generic blueprint for candidate selection.I am currently pursuing my MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and have completed certification courses in internship and job preparation, advanced human resource management, and IT recruitment essentials. I have also learned Mandarin at the Meenakshi Centre for Foreign Languages, and have a BSc in chemistry from Delhi University.
