Projects team• Identify opportunities to eliminate process redundancy & automating in coordination withIT team, trade flows downstream investigation and resolution, my responsibilities includeidentifying and mitigating all operational risks, and partnering with technology to realizethe full potential of IT and e-solutions. Proficient in preparing key risk indicators &productivity indicators.Risk & Controls team• Analysis and preparation of information supporting various operational risk programs suchas incident, issue, key risk indicator/metrics monitoring, and other weekly/ monthlymonitoring and reporting activities which directly supports senior level.• Support the development, implementation and maintenance of dashboard issues.• Support the harmonization of KPIs/KRIs currently used across businesses/regions to buildone set of metrics• Consolidate data from production and testing teams to build monthly reporting packs.• Review reports to identify trends and key risk areas and presenting to senior management.• Identifying additional metrics to be included in reporting packages• Perform other ad hoc activities (preparing minutes of meeting for Global Risk Calls,• Branch Metrics, preparing multiple daily reports, define analytical approaches, establishtime frames, conduct analyses and summarize conclusions in concise presentation forGOPC team.Reconciliation• Daily Price/Position/Total Equity reconciliation for Futures and OTC derivatives products.Complying with internal controls, policies, procedures and appropriately escalating issuesto senior management• Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and work well under pressure ina team environment to meet the agreed SLA’s.• Experience in financial services transactional data analysis.• Creation and posting of journals.
