Plan and conduct minor modifications to complete working drawing sets.Monitor design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.Monitor preparation of technical drawings of less senior architects.Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to quality control and best practices.Attend field reviews, on-site meetings and project meetings and coordinate schedule reviews and submit samples.Perform project research and support Project Manager to write specifications.Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues.Review accuracy of calculations, estimates, plans and completed reports.Handle minutes of consultant coordination meetings.Involve in business development meetings to target specific market, client or project opportunities.Interact with building officials during project permitting and construction phases.Maintain project manual and conduct and document on-site observations and reviews.Draft observation reports during project close-out efforts.

• Layouts and Planning• Understanding various shop fittings and their design implications • Develop conceptual 3Ds / models / mock ups of various critical areas, new developments within the proposed shop and various shop for the better understanding of the retail team • Develop designs for all other features / utilities of the Mall or store such as building placement and movement orientation, parking lot location and traffic flow, customer approach and movement Develop complete architectural construction and design documents for the showroom that will include a comprehensive floor plan(s), exterior elevations, interior elevations, details, perspectives, sections, A/c diffuse allocation, lightning, graphic imaging (3D Presentation) and all material selections and finishes using Computer aided design, AutoCAD Ensure that plans contain pictorial representations, sketches and pictures of the final layout of the shop Ensure that all the designs and drawings are as per the company standards• Ensure that all the drawings and designs are clear, concise, comprehensive, and complete Flooring, Ceiling, Electrical and Lighting Design Drawings Understand and develop detail drawings for the following, with focus on cost, quality and durability:
