I am a recent graduate from Humber College with a major in Early Childhood Education. I have extensive knowledge in child development, early childhood pedagogy, social policy, documenting, inquiry-based learning and curriculum development. Through my past experiences I have obtained knowledge of utilizing documents from the Ministry of Education, ELECT, Think, Feel & Act, How Does Learning Happen and the Kindergarten Curriculum. My goal as an educator is to empower, educate, and support children by creating inclusive learning environments that are student-centred, equitable, anti-racist and diverse. Successful learning experiences are vital to me and I am committed to my students as a mentor and educator. I am a kind, patient and motivated individual with a passion for teaching and I aspire to inspire life-long learners along the way.
