As a Product Designer at Clariness, I contribute to building user-centered B2B solutions that address complex needs for creative services in healthcare. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from user research to high-fidelity design, and involves close collaboration with a cross-functional product team. Key responsibilities include: - User Research: Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, identify pain points, and gather actionable insights that inform the design process.- Product Discovery: Partnering with product managers and stakeholders during the discovery phase to shape product features and ensure alignment with business objectives.- UX/UI Design: Creating intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience while adhering to best practices in accessibility and usability.- Component Library Development: Designing and managing a scalable component library that ensures design consistency and accelerates development within the product team.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and seamless designs, supporting the end-to-end development process.Through this role, I’m honing my skills in B2B product design, accessibility, and cross-functional teamwork to create impactful, user-centric solutions.

Some of my highlights have been:- Designing and optimizing the onboarding experience - Personalizing the interface to cater to users' taste while exciting them- Reshaping the Information Architecture of the platform based on qualitative and quantitative data- Creating and maintaining the Design System component library- Designing the Search and Filter UX / UI

As the sole Product Designer, I introduced a design system and defined processes for cross-functional collaboration. My key tasks were to bring consistency in Product Design while ensuring accessibility as we port front end frameworks. Additionally, I set up User Research studies to help us understand how we can help users organize their teaching material.

My key responsibilities were to redesign the UX of the existing app. The challenge was to understand the users’ various needs when using a fertility monitoring system while remaining effortless to use. I helped design new user flows, craft the information architecture, conduct user interviews for research and usability testing, add new features and collaborate with a small diverse team.

My full-time employment required managing a series of portfolios such as artist management, digital marketing, creative direction, event conceptualization, organisation and promotion. My task was to showcase artists the company managed by creating online and offline engagement. My role often stretched into stage design, conceptualising and branding the events to ensure a cohesive experience for the audience, artists and sponsors. It was important to be flexible at this small company and take on many different roles. I worked closely within a diverse team to complete these tasks.

My role involved creating user manuals for specific parts of the project that digitised the traditional offline data entry system. It took meticulous effort to carefully document the new data entry process to communicate it effectively to all stakeholders inputting the data, and people in charge of managing the data.
