Manjhi is building a platform (and a launchpad!) for women grassroots leaders in the states of India’s Hindi belt. Our flagship program, the Manjhi fellowship—a year-long journey of self-discovery and change leadership for young women—has gone live. Each day, we learn something new from our first batch of fellows. These nine young women are paving the way and designing the journey for many more women grassroots leaders from Uttar Pradesh who will join the fellowship in years to come.

Co-created - Mobikaar - a training program for adolescents to build skills of public interest journalism, and become SRHR defenders in their community

Delivered high-quality learning design experiences for a wide range of clients including, rural women entrepreneurs from Maharashtra and Telangana, adolescents from remote communities of Bihar and Jharkhand, and post-grad students of Kurukshetra University, Haryana.

A fellowship designed to bring positive change and strengthen institutional leadership in government primary education system. Each fellow learns on the job how to lead sustainable, participatory and antifragile development projects on the field.

Dabbled in, and thoroughly enjoyed writing for radio, documentaries... and translating an odd self-help book or two in to my native language - Hindi

Started as a trainee, and in two years reached the position of Sub editor as well as a reporter for the feature supplement of the newspaper's Jaipur edition.
