Key Responsibilities –-Screening, Interview, end to end IT recruitment, Lateral hiring.-Initially I will take screening/HR round, just to check whether the candidate is matched to the company requirement’s or not, then if matched I forward profile for further technical round.-Using web portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, Freshers world etc. for posting jobs, mailing & replying to candidates etc.-I am also responsible for Payroll Management, Leave management, Time management, Performance management.-Proven track record of identifying the right talent for the given position in given deadlines.-To manage all the recruitment process through staffing systems and tools like relational database applicant tracking system.-Organizing employment engagement activities.-Administering the duties of the appraisal and salary review process.-Strong professional network on LinkedIn (500+ connections), Skill pages, Whats app recruitment groups.-Strong verbal communication skills including interviewing, negotiation
