• Acted as a member of team, handling daily NAV production of one of the biggest BNY clients and with various product base like SWAPS, CFD’s , Equity , Futures .• Responsible for Reviewing budget, expense analysis .• Responsible for co-ordinating with various teams across different lines of business and relationship managers to procure client fund details and ensure timely audits of client reports• Responsible for Financial Reporting and various other monthly reporting (transparency reporting, AUM reporting, Director’s Reporting, Payment instruction preparation).• Tracking and providing resolution of queries received from clients and various other stakeholders• Responsible for providing detailed periodic and timely information to client’s record keepers• Key team member in the services of fiduciary, investment management, and private banking services to new and existing Institutional clientele.• Established and maintained strong relationships across all clients• Responsible for maintaining client accounts and auditing periodic client statements• Training new Fund Accountants. • Analyzing the fund's performance on a daily basis by solving issues related to specific trade, cash and position breaks.• Liaising with auditors, to prepare quarterly and year-end reports in a time efficient and accurate • method• Using Bloomberg, IDC to capture information regarding securities processing and verify pricing.• Uses GENEVA platform for hedge fund portfolio accounting.• Experience with domestic and international funds, standalone funds , Fixed Income and securitized products.

• An individual contributor with strong writing skills and able to escalate and address issues efficiently and in a timely manner. In this role, I was responsible for maintenance of waterfall models for structured products viz ABS/RMBS/MBS, CMO,CDO referring different deal documents eg. Offering Memorandum collateral agreement, SWAP agreement.• Responsible for managing portfolios of clients(EMEA ) and communicating with client on any issues arising during the work process.• Provide support and ongoing maintenance for existing deal models and preparation of cashflow models using MS Excel

• Type of corporate Action dealt with mandatory and voluntary• stock Loan processing.• Adjustment entries both stock loan and Broker Dealer side, in order to match up MS database with client instruction.• Liaising actively with agents and clients to get the corporate action processed.• Detailed research of client instruction from event set up till processing.• Intellimatch fund tracking.• Ledgers update and matching.• SWIFT (corporate action notification) investigation.• Breaks resolution and client query handling.• Responsible for Capturing data from client systems, Processing the captured deals and contracts.• Reconciliation reports, preparation of reports using MS Excel and also include frequently interacting with clients for extracting business related information.
