During my internship, I developed two key projects. First, an AI-driven resume screening tool using Python, spaCy, and NLTK, which automates the initial screening process by analyzing resumes for key skills and matching them to job descriptions. Second, I worked on a learning management system (LMS) with an interactive dashboard. Python handled the backend tasks, while HTML and CSS were used for frontend development It aims to streamline the initial screening process for job applications by automatically assessing the relevance of skills mentioned in the resume to a given job description. The project enables users to upload their resumes in PDF format and input a job description. It then analyzes the resume content to extract relevant skills and provides a score based on the match between the mentioned skills and a predefined set of key skills for the job. Additionally, it calculates the similarity between the resume and the job description to further assess compatibilityThese projects demonstrate my proficiency in Python, natural language processing, machine learning, and web development, showcasing my ability to solve real-world problems with innovative solutions.
