I am the co-founder of Atierra, an open-source climate action platform designed to accelerate the adoption and deployment of regenerative climate solutions through incentivized collective action for companies, individuals, and scientists. Through Atierra's platform, we aim to provide added value to diverse communities by integrating climate action with their existing efforts, supporting both personal growth and the regeneration of our planet. We envision these cascading changes synergistically amplifying the efforts of all stakeholders, collectively advancing the success of climate solutions.Along with my expertise in material science and chemical engineering, I bring leadership experience in community building to help develop Atierra’s platform. I’m excited to build a collaborative climate community, working with a motivated team driven by a strong commitment to improving planetary health.--------------------------------------------------------------------I hold a multidisciplinary PhD in Microfluidics, Analytical Chemistry, and Material Science from OIST. After graduation, I founded a stealth startup based on the technology developed during my PhD research. While at OIST, I also founded and led a non-profit focused on community-driven initiatives in Okinawa. Additionally, as an Entrepreneurship Programs Coordinator at OIST Innovation, I designed climate-themed hackathons to drive climate action, and delivered programs to stimulate the startup ecosystem, following which I co-founded Atierra.
