Serapy - Students’ Therapy a project that my friend and I started. It is a student-led mental health organization that aims to support students from all backgrounds and allow them to freely access programs and resources. At Serapy we are constantly raising awareness by teaching children about the importance of mindfulness and mental health. We also post regularly on Instagram about key topics, relatable content, taboos, and tips. Being students ourselves, we know the stress that students go through, sometimes causing them to bottle up their emotions. So, we at Serapy offer you a relaxed, non-judgemental space to help you vent your feelings and alleviate stress while making new friendships. This project has become close to my heart, and I've been successfully running it for over a year!
