In these 3 weeks of internship at Drishya Welfare society under the guidance of Nawodit Bairagi(President), I have learned a lot about our society and it's current state. My mentor, Mr. Nawodit Bairagi was an amazing source of inspiration throughout this period of 3 weeks. Learned about women's safety, Children's safety, how do government helplines help them, what are the parameters that allow people to protect themselves, teach people - how someone can reach out to help in case they are in need of. Was a part of their plantation drive and while volunteering in the organisation,got an opportunity to interact with the volunteers and head of the One stop Centre, Child Helpline and various other organisations set up by the GoI in view of public safety, got to learn very much from them, insightful thoughts about our society and how these organisations are helping people.
