Current* Managing and supporting multiple business verticals, including product, engineering, customer success, finance, people operations, and marketing at GreyOrange for hiring deliveries. * Managed gStore product line hiring from scratch and scaled up team size to 20+ members with zero attrition and zero offer drop.* Ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process and candidate engagement.* Handling the tools and systems for weekly /monthly reports and dashboards. * Working on the process improvements, system enhancements, and ATS management. * Manage and run the IJP and referral programs. * Managing and defining the SOPs and working on policies ( review and restructuring )* Manage the global vendor onboarding, renewal, and agreement process related to manpower, tools & systems, ATS, and any others.
