Audit Exposure•Performing of functions relating to audit, agreed upon procedures, review and other assurance engagements, including, preparation of risk based audit planning.•Preparation of reports of different types e.g., Audit Reports to shareholders, Management Reports to the Board of Directors on evaluations carried out on the accounting systems and internal controls, reports to overseas group auditors in relation to the audits of multi-national companies, Reports to the Auditor Gen•Progressive audit and assurance experience obtained in diverse business sectors such as Finance, Insurance, manufacturing and IT.Financial Reporting Exposure•Exposure to preparation of financial statements for the publishing purpose according to Sri Lanka Accounting Standards (SLFRS/LKAS) including consolidated financial statements.•Exposure to preparation of management letters to the client s’ board of directors on financial reporting issues identified with suggesting ideas to improve the efficiency, effectiveness of system of internal control, procedures, policies, and method of keeping accounts in conformity with the Sri Lanka Accounting Standards(SLFRS/LKAS).Corporate Taxation Exposure• Exposure to computation of various corporate tax liabilities including Income Tax, General VAT, VAT on financial services, NBT
