Maintained the ACS subcontractors list. Prepared preliminary schedules for the bidding projects• Value Engineering (VE): Identified & evaluated the effective value-adding options for the projects and prepared the alternate budgets. • Evaluating Bids: Evaluated the bids received. Negotiated with the subcontractors• Procurement of Trades: Procured the subcontractors for the awarded projects using the procurement strategies • Scheduling: Organized and coordinated the scheduled meetings with the project team. Constructed the detailed construction schedules for the projects• Construction Activities: Updated the schedule every week for the planned activities and identified the Percent Plan Complete (PPC) that derived the productivity. Prepared look-ahead schedules. Formulated solutions for constructability issues. Significantly managed RFIs, submittals, change order requests, drawing logs, CAD files, Revit models, Building Information Modeling (BIM) files, inspection reports, project documents• Participation in Project Meetings: Effectively coordinated project schedule meetings, weekly construction progress meetings, constructability meetings, BIM coordination meetings, safety meetings, and OAC meetings. Organized web-hosted project meetings as required
