• Key responsibilities include the PSD/XD to HTML development, testing and launching of marketing campaigns.• Design and implementation of Adobe Campaign (AC) that will deliver on our customer’s business, functional, technical and customer experience goals.• Working on implementation through the various stages of the project including: Assessment, Requirements, Design, Build, Testing, Reporting/Tracking, Training and Go-Live.• Integrating AC with other products within the Adobe Marketing Cloud such as AEM, Target and Analytics.• Creating simple to complex workflows using the AC campaign creation tools• Providing expertise and advice to clients on marketing best practices impacting the design and creation of AC (e.g., email marketing, triggered and personalized campaign deliveries).• Ensuring the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation is successful.• Creating and maintaining relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specs.

• Built and launched high-volume email campaigns of up to 25 million recipients for client account.• Scope, design and build Program automations that meet client's business requirements and provide rigorous UAT testing.• Monitor client data and applied SQL data segmentation to provide required targeting audiences and audience breakdown analysis for understanding campaign impact and recommending future segmentation strategies.• Conduct HTML testing via Litmus and within multiple email clients/browsers to ensure cross-browser & cross-ESP compatibility.

- Review project requests from clients to determine implementation according to best practices and established processes.- Build, Test and Deploy Static to highly complex email campaigns and interactive programs within the Oracle Responsys Interact platform with focus on timeliness and quality.- Direct communication with clients for training, technical consulting and support on complex projects.
