Managed a team of 20 people in Growth Accounts for software product development services in the PLM domain. Was responsible for executing on growth strategy, timely project delivery within gross margin targets, and providing technical leadership whenever necessary.

Successfully identified an unsolved problem in the 2D drafting space. Addressed it by developing a C++ based parametric constraints solver installable as a plug-in tool on a common 2D drafting system, downloadable and installable from web. Developed the website, ideated and executed different strategies to improve search rankings to the point of appearing on the first search result page.
