During my time as a teaching intern at Govt. Middle School in Bari Hat, Purnea, I was entrusted with the responsibility of leading a team of 14 interns. Through proper leadership and coordination , we were able to maintain an organized and effective learning environment for the students. I facilitated science lessons and actively encouraged the students to participate in co-curricular activities, promoting their overall growth and development.In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I also ensured proper coordination within my team and with the school administration. This involved establishing clear communication channels, delegating tasks, and resolving any issues that arose.One of my major accomplishments during my time as a teaching intern was establishing communication with the local community to ensure their participation in school functioning. This allowed for a more collaborative and community-oriented approach to education.Overall, my experience as a teaching intern at M.S. Bari Hat, Purnea allowed me to develop strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep appreciation for the importance of education and community engagement.
