Earlier, he managed Business HR for global entities in Japan, China, Finland, and the USA, contributing to their global expansion objectives.Currently pursuing a doctoral degree (PhD) in Organization Behavior from XLRI India, Shivin is passionate about encouraging HR/OD professionals to apply research-based insights. He has presented research papers on complexity and change management in international conferences and published a case study on HR transformation at Harvard.
