As a human resources professional, I know how important my role is in regards to business success.With 8 years’ experience in TCS, I am adept at enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures since 2016.During the course of my career, I have gained a diversity of experience. I worked in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Noida.This includes a system engineer for 3 years and HR management for 3 years.Thanks to my company that in 2019, I was able to pursue PGDM in HR from ITM business School and post sabbatical, easily got a role in HR domain.I worked for the Resource Management team. In essence, it is the process of allocating resources to achieve the greatest organizational value.Good resource management results in the right resources being available at the right time for the right work.Working as a Talent Development strategist, help employees learn and acquire new skills, as well as gain the professional knowledge required to progress their careers.When I'm not at work, I love to do something creative. I'm into Mandala and Macrame art with a bit of resin work.I like to draw, write poems, and recite songs with my ukulele.
