Helped in sales of India brands like Glastic and Karim Hotel. Helping in R&D of different business idea ranging from agricultural to IT company. Produced a film named "A bird fell in the rain" which got overwhelming response in 13 different film festivals in Nepal and abroad.

- Evaluated 180 application to select 1000 UNLEASH TALENT from 183 countries to participate in global innovation lab happening in China (November 2019)- Selected as UNLEASH Facilitator for SDG Goal 9: Industrial innovation and infrastructure to coordinate a team who world innovate world most pressing issues of the world.

Planned with media strategies of Teach for All Asia Pacific Alumni Gathering 2019 by brining 100 Teach for All Alumni from 12 different countries. Built a foundation to practice collective leadership in Nepal by designing strategies to lead a not-profit organization and continuously engaging to conduct Teach for Nepal Leadership Forum and other similar programs to strengthen youth network of Nepal.

- Assisted as-- an contributing author to write case studies for ,"Management Development Scenario 2017" and--as event consultant to generate contents for 37th National Management Convention and Annual General Meeting of Management Association of Nepal (MAN). - Coordinated as conference secretariat for the successful execution of 16th International Entrepreneurship Forum Conference by communicating with sponsors, University of Essex organizing team via different communication channels, and mapped strategies to bring around 400 delegates from 21 countries.- Lead a Short-Film Making Competition to add a significant value in a traditionally planned conference structures by building strategies to reach to around 100+ potential amateur and professional film makers and out of those 11 amazing film under a theme, “Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Economic Development” were received which concluded as a plenary session in the IEF Conference. - Coordinated for Impact Innovation Nepal Pvt. Ltd for market research on beverage consumption in 8 districts as a team coordinator by assisting around 20+ college students for successful data collection from 560 random sample size by constantly motivating both online and offline communication channels.

- Coordinated to introduce a new department in Teach for Nepal by identifying, analyzing and initiating strategies to help around 90+ TFN Fellows to document their unique and impactful initiatives taken place both inside and beyond classroom boundaries. - Research about Fellows Fellowship activities to generate written, photo and video content to disseminate the tangible and visual content in cross departments. - Frequently travelled to above 30+ communities in 3 districts to produce 12+ videos in a time frame of 6 months independently to assist the needs of Recruitment, Fundraising, Training team of TFN by developing a script, shooting footages and edit for post production.

- Mentored 60+ underprivileged Tamang students of Shree Chandesowri School located in the rural part of Southern Lalitpur (representing one out of 20 Fellows from second cohort who were selected from the pool of 600 candidates); in tough living condition where human needs of road and water were hardly accessible. - Extensively researched about the origin of Mathematical concepts to contextualized curriculum so that students from grade 6 to 10 with no basic understanding can happily engage to learn the different perspective of Mathematics. - Actively intergraded Entrepreneurial activities in my teaching responsibility to encourage the agenda of Sustainable Development Goals which resulted in the formation of Class Bank so that a particular class can independently lead business activities whenever they could. - Prepared 4 students for “International Mathematical Symposium” happened in Kathmandu University as exhibitor under a theme “Localizing Mathematics in Rural Context”; in a context where 90% participants were from renowned private school of Nepal and the praise from Prof. Daniel Clark Orey give me and my students belief that public school are no less competent. - Coordinated with 60+ St. Xaviers BASW students as a community leader to execute 3 days’ residential camp under A.T. Ariyaratne philosophy of Shramdan movement by coordinating with 60+ household of Simlay to renovate school infrastructures and manage library.

- Worked with Recruitment and Selection team to collaboratively reached out to 3000+ potential candidates who could possible be second cohort of Teach for Nepal via phone, one to one and email communication. - Worked in stressful conditions to manage planned college outreach event to ease the process of recruitment which helped us to reach 630 registered applicants. - Lead as a Volunteer Coordinator in newly initiative program of TFN “Big Brother and Big Sister” by coordinating more than 60+ volunteers from various colleges aiming to bring 40+ TFN students in a 3-day educational exposure trip by raising more than 1 lakh rupees in just1 month.
