 Involved in End to end Source to procure and contract management.  Manage all sourcing requirements and provide quick support for adhoc requests. Software and Hardware maintenance renewal, solely responsible renewal of all Clarivate Analytics Information Technology (IT) vendors which totals in cost of over $60M Per year. Source, negotiate, contract and manage a wide variety of requirements including Infrastructure Hardware, , Professional Services, and IT. Maintain and update contract repository, keep track of contract expiry date and work with stakeholder to renew if needed. Review/Negotiate on MSA, SOW, EULA's and strategize negotiations with vendors on terms /Pricing and clauses to mitigate compliance & Info security risk, Review the complete contractual clauses, red line the document with respective to challenges from client perspective, Collaborate with internal teams (legal, IT, InfoSec, compliance and Finance etc.) to ensure a high level of communication and clarity for all contractual items.. Brief Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer and various Vice Presidents on the current status of all Sourcing projects, and provide recommendations for efficiency gains, cost savings, and expedited project implementation. Manage, coordinate, and support special projects as needed. Obtain contract approvals from relevant stakeholders. Meet the savings target through contractual Commercial negotiation / savings. PR Validation (initial validation risk, compliance, commercial and corporate policy. Develop strong partnerships with Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Contract Management, and Legal teams.
