Planning and Co-ordination of Refractory Lining Projects and Applications for SMS - BOF (Converter)-130MT, EAF-110MT, Steel Ladle-130MT, LRF-110MT, Hot metal Ladle & 6-STRAND, SLAB CASTER with TUNDISH preparations, 3. Carried out refractory lining Project jobs of BLAST FURNACE/COREX - Technology from VAI (South Korea) for Iron –Making & COKE OVEN (Chine’s Tech.) for coke making. 4. Technical Monitoring of Refractory behavior, Consumption analysis and Cost Control. 5. Assist plants in technical and application refractory evaluations. Work as a team player with all company departments and employees on all assignments. 6. Ensure all installation works are carried out according to drawing, installation procedure, inspection and test plan, engineering standard practices and Standard Operating Procedure. 7. Perform continuous improvement in work methodology, innovation, cost saving, increased work productivity and effectiveness and efficiency8. Preparation and controlling of refractory budget and Implementation of annual objectives.9.Training of work force & team to enhance application standards.10.Ensuring the adherence of company’s commitment towards safety, environment etc.11.Responsibilities as a HEAD-Refractory Engineering Dept. for an integrated steel plant that includes formulation of refractory specification, Installation, project execute as per time schedule, monitoring of stock levels, and procurement follow up of refractory & consumable materials, procurement and evaluation of alternative materials with different global multinational refractory suppliers.12.I have exposure in various STEEL PLANT for metallurgical process technologies supplied by reputed companies such as SMS Seimag Group,Daniel Corus, Andritz, Tennova, Concast, as well as latest Chinese technology.
