Program Delivery Manager
Current• Managing portfolio of multiple development & support projects. • Responsible for overall delivery setup and execution for offshore and onshore• Complete Delivery ownership of the account/portfolio and lead delivery transformation for improved profitability while meeting delivery commitments• Driving Innovation, automation, agility and delivering value to client.• Enforcing various controls and governance methods for the successful execution.• Liaison with internal/ external stakeholders, working with multiple vendors for the smooth execution of program.• Managing Estimation, budgeting, cost control measures, invoicing i.e. client facing from Contracting to Invoicing, managing program/ project revenue and publishing revenue projections, optimal resource utilization, control measure to avoid revenue leakage and other financial related activities• End to end project & delivery management activities project planning, preparation of schedule, monitoring, risk management, scope management, communication management etc.• Adherence to organization & client laid standards & policies, MSA, SOW etc.• Managing program scope and establishing change management process• Provide assistance in developing strategic approaches to the development of solutions• Ensuring the projects are delivered inline with agreed timelines, scope and quality.• Responsible for P & L of the program.
