Managing ING’s Transaction Services business in APAC including responsibility for Sales, Product and Execution of the entire suite of Transaction Services products across Trade Finance, Working Capital, Payments, Cash and Liquidity management.

Provide consulting/ advisory services to clients in the financial services sector and their service providers. Tradevisory will focus on Corporate Banking with specific focus on Trade, Supply Chain & Working Capital Finance and related areas of business & product strategy, organisation design, partnerships, risk management and asset distribution.In addition to its primary activity of providing consulting and advisory services to clients in the above sectors, Tradevisory will also selectively provide early-stage seed/angel investing to start-ups in the space of Trade, Supply Chain and Working Capital finance along with assisting them with mentoring, advice and business network.

To achieve sustainable franchise growth with ownership of all regulatory/governance responsibilities, I devise and implement the bank's strategy in Asia, including establishing right teams, executing client strategy, and building new capabilities.

Responsibility to build and grow the regional transaction banking business for the group in Asia

Overall P&L and Sales responsibility for corporate and FI trade finance business in Asia Pacific. Responsibility for leading sales and structuring teams across 14 markets in Asia Pacific.

In addition to my responsibility as the regional product head for Trade Finance for Asia Pacific, I assumed additional responsibility as the Global product head for Financial Supply Chain. This added role included ownership and execution of the product strategy for the Financial Supply Chain business at Deutsche Bank globally.

Responsible for developing and implementing the trade product strategy for the Asia pacific region.

Lead the central product management team at the group level with overall product management responsibility for all the trade products. Responsibilities include the central management and monitoring of all new product initiatives (at the group and local levels), and driving the individual product strategy.

Global responsibility for product development in the area of supply chain finance and receivables management. Responsibilities include roll out of these businesses into all the SCB countries.

Responsible for the launch of the supply chain finance business in India from a product point of view. Developed the product spcs, credit model, sales approach and put in place most of the business processes currently in place.

Was the product manager responsible for all new product development and launches in the area of trade finance in India. Responsibility involved working with the central product team in Singapore and the in country sales teams to identify client needs and product gaps, develop these into packaged products and hand hold the sales teams through the early lauch period.

Was responsible for managing a set of large corporate relationships from a trade finance servicing point of view. Responsibilities included managing a team of junior officers to maintain satisfaction levels with trade product usage, manage and drive facility utilisation, manage smooth transition for new clients, assist the sales team with transaction structuring etc.
