Project Management of 'Maitri' - a collaborative project with 17 NGOs working towards the cause of bringing Out of School girls into mainstream education.The concept behind Maitri is that partnerships DO work in the social sector - when all collaborating parties come together in a space of accountability, transparency, and trust. This is the underlying ethos behind every conversation and every action, while focusing collective efforts towards a common cause.Today, Maitri has created a space for collaborative interventions towards deep rooted, extensive focus in its efforts to deliver the Right of Education to each girl child in Rural Bihar (in more than 13,000 villages so far)

Leading the Student Welfare Department of a residential school (NGO) for socially and economically marginalised children in Rural Karnataka. The role involved: ⁃ Evaluating and planning developmental strategies in collaboration with other key stakeholders of the organisation and steering their implementation for maximum benefit of the beneficiaries. ⁃ Responsible for the holistic development and management of health and welfare of 220 students from socially and economically challenged backgrounds. ⁃ Working with parents and the larger (rural and semi-urban) community to drive the perpetuation of education towards changing mind-sets.
