Successfully deployed Joint Business Relationship (JBR) enterprise wide application for the client PWC. This application managed to create a workflow that resolved customer problems. The project integrated many business functions and created an approval based system that allowed to onboard clients for PWC clients while saving time and conducting valid background checks. As a client side Business Analyst i had to collaborate with PAN India PWC users and also manage developers who were working remotely. As a single point of contact i used various approaches learned over a period of time to bridge the communication gap.
