Aditya Birla Retail Ltd is largest multi-brands retailer in India having over 4m sft retail space (Hyper marts & Super marts), 1500 staff with around 800 stores & DC in 90 cities in India involves in to retailing, manufacturing, merchandising and logistics.Responsible• Responsible for Data Centre Network maintenance DAKC (Reliance) like 1800 / 2800 / 3800 /7200 series Routers and 2900 / 3500 / 4500 / 6500 series Switches.• Analyzed all aspects of Win 2003 Pro deployment for 5,000 workstations nationwide to ensure a smooth migration. Created desktop standardization and dashboards and provided ad-hoc reports using MS Excel.• Analyze and resolve network connectivity issue.• Continuous monitor and involve on every task related to datacenter DAKC / AHURA Activity and the PAN India WAN setup with Tulip ISP.• Leading Aditya Birla Retail Ltd. Helpdesk 10 Engineers team to support to 700 PCs in Head Office.• Planning, Implementing and Administrating Windows 2003 Active Directory Services based Network. Administrating DNS, DHCP and File Server.

Vishal is a second largest multi-brands retailer in India having over 3m sft retail space (Hyper marts & Super marts), 15K staff with around 200 stores & DC in 64 cities in India involves in to retailing, manufacturing, merchandising and logistics.Responsibility • Responsible for Data Centre Network maintenance like 1800 / 2800 / 3800 series Routers and 2900 / 3500 / 3700 / 4500 / 4900 series Switches.• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivate high performance among team members• Analyzed all aspects of Win 2003 Pro deployment for 5,000 workstations nationwide to ensure a smooth migration. Created desktop standardization and dashboards and provided ad-hoc reports using MS Excel.• Documented Network Tracker for migration Sify to TATA.• Continuous monitor and involve on every task related to datacenter Activity and the PAN India WAN setup with Sify, Tata Communication and Tulip ISP.• Leading Vishal IT Helpdesk 10 Engineers team to support to 5,000 PCs pan India, out of which 1000 are in the cooperate office and 200 location includes Servers and desktops.• Planning, Implementing and Administrating Windows 2003 Active Directory Services based Network. Administrating DNS, DHCP and File Server.
