Currently working from two years as a shift-In charge in edible oil refinery. Soyabean Oil, Sunflower oil & palm Oil are Refining in this industry. Degumming, Alkali refining, Dewaxing, Bleaching & Deodorization is the process by which crude oils are refined. My job role to carry out the production as per norms to meet the sales requirement, to generating the production report on daily basis, closely monitoring & minimizing the losses, to improve the equipment& pump efficiency by implementing the preventive maintenance & to manage the all plant work.

One year & Six month experience in Annu Industries Pvt. Ltd. It is a Paint coating and adhesive manufacturing company which manufacture polyurethane base coating material and adhesive. My job role to carry out all product production & to formulate new product.

Four Month Internship on Ganpati Cement Pvt. Ltd. Clinker, Fly Ash and Gypsum is for the manufacturing of cement. Various equipment like belt conveyer, screw conveyer, Ball mill, Air slider etc. used for processing the cement. Vicat Apparatus (Consistency and settling time), Le chatelier Apparatus, Insoluble Residue, Cube Casting testing, Auto Clave Testing are testing used to test the quality of cement.

One month internship on Kayson Thinner and Chemical. Sanding Sealer, Melamine Sealer and Glossy paint are produced by Nanocellulose based resin. The various testing like viscosity, specific gravity, impact strength, solid percent, etc. Ball Mill, Sand Mill, Attritor are used in the grinding and High Speed Disperser is used for dispersing the pigments.

One month internship on Common Effluent Treatment Plant. Preliminary, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Treatment is used for influent treatment. Special aerobic process which is bacterial process for Secondary treatment of industrial water. Biological Oxygen Demand, Chemical Oxygen Demand, Dissolve Oxygen are parameter are tested before treatment. BOD <30mg/lit, COD< 250mg/lists.TSS<100mg/Lit.TDS <2100mg/lit these are parameter which should satisfy for the passing the effluent in the river.
