B2B division of Verizon provides E-Commerce, Self Serve and Reporting for the Business Customers. Application consisted of small and medium businesses with over XXX,XXX corporations with over XX Million users. As a Senior Member I acted as a Technical Manager, Architect and Senior Team Lead. I was instrumental in implementing the E-Commerce application from start to finish. As part of my role, I managed large multiple teams comprising of Dev leads, Architects, Senior Developers and Subject Mater Experts for full cycle development of E-Commerce and Billing application. My team comprised of 12 to 40 resources depending on the project.The application was implemented using SOA, OOP, Java, JEE, Spring MVC, Spring Webflow, JMS, Web service, SOA, WSDL, Hibernate, Weblogic, Oracle, Maven,Subversion etc. Also worked in applications on Mobile Devices,such as Xoom on Android platform. • Launched the first Mobile application for B2B called MBALite in 2010.• Proposed and implemented token based single sign on application for B2B in 2006. • Lead up to 5 teams, each team comprising of 6 to 10 resources, with a total of 40 resources • Proposed and implemented Design and Architectural guidelines and templates across B2B Organization.• Published a white paper on the Common XML Builder in Nov 2005. This was based on the framework we developed for MB Application where in a process was automated. • Archiving alternative: Provided alternative archiving solution for MB-AR application which reduced lot of development effort as per original plan a cumbersome application with HTML was supposed to be built. • Performance enhancements for commerce application by proposing the correction to the existing SOA architecture • Award for Excellent team commitment and achievement for the year 2005, 2006 and 2008

• Lead the development of Long Term Care Project, which is a single portal for corporations to choose from various insurance providers. Did the complete Analysis, Design, Architecture and development. Integrated the Long Term Care project with the existing Insurance portal using Single Sign On techniques. Used Rational Rose for object modeling, The design used J2EE Patterns and GoF Patterns heavily. Used Session Beans for different services of the application. Cactus and Junit are used for unit testing. Perforce was used for source control. The development was done using Struts and Tiles framework.• Interfacing of the above Application with the Personal Plans Web Application. This involved Session Management, creating new service for token handling. Promoting the Application to different environments under Solaris UNIX platform.• Arranging Technical Reviews and Meetings in the different phases of the project. Lead the design review meetings, Analysis of the requirement with technical and Business persons.

Reporting directly to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the company and interacting with CEO and VP Marketing, Lead team of developers for providing Architecture and innovative Business solutions, performance improvement and enhancements to the Loan Origination System and other key applications of the company using Java/J2EE, EJB, WebSphere, WSAD, IBM DB2, JSP, Servlet etc.Key Accomplishments:• Integrated all the Loan Origination applications – Admin portal, Branch Manager and Client Application into a single Application. This cut the infrastructure task by 3 times and improved the performance of Admin and Branch Admin applications by 60 %.• Implemented Branch Manager portal for the Loan Origination System which provided Branch Managers to manage the loans created by loan officers.• Re-engineered the Loan Origination portal for performance improvement where in provided an innovative solution for switching between all the top level modules (1003, PreQual, etc) seamlessly.• Did architectural design and developed Importing Tools for importing loan data from other systems such as Kaylex, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mai Designed and developed many Reporting applications for generating specialty reports.
