Previously, I was the L4 leader at Yahoo Communication as the Senior Director of Products. I spearheaded the transformation of Yahoo Mail (apps and desktop), integrating communication with enriching content and commerce features, positively engaging over 220 million users globally. This revamp elevated our user engagement (sessions per DAU) and all-time-high DAU on apps, earning the app a stellar 4.8-star rating.In that role, I led vital growth initiatives that boosted user acquisition and retention, including the integration of NFL live streams into our app, introducing multiple account support, enhancing new user experience (NUX) onboarding, optimizing app actions, updating landing pages, and implementing effective SEO and ASO strategies.
