Roles & Responsibilities:--Setup, Inprocess, Layout, incoming(Inward) inspection & Sample batch inspection for approvals. -GRN(Goods Receipt Note) Closing in an ERP system & Familier with all activities in ERP System. -Preparing Quality Plan, Control Plan,SOP & Check Sheets For new products. -Good Knowledge of Handling, Calibration & History Card of Gauges & Instruments.-Providing support to new product development (NPD) process & Purchase Requisition for new Guages & Instruments for NPD. -Understand Process Variations & Defect Reduction Through Prcess Management Programs like Lean Process Management ( Bottleneck Analysis, JIT, VSM, OEE, PDCA, POKA-YOKE, KAIZEN, 5S, KANBAN) & TQM. -Implementation of Quality tools - Cause & Effect Diagram, Pareto Analysis, Flow Chart, Scatter Diagram, Check Sheet, Histogram & Control Charts. -Preparing & Reviewing Core Tools, PPAP Documents, 8D/CAPA, CMM & Inspection Reports, SST Report, MTC. -Help To solve the Customer issues/rejection successfully & Taken Preventive actions in production. -Recording & Reporting Monthly Vender & Supplier PPM, COPQ, Monthly MIS Review Meeting. -Update & Execute Internal Dock Audit & Supplier Audit(Product & Process) & Third Party Testing(Chemical Analysis & Polymer Verification) Plan. -Represent the company at supplier end to ensure that supplier's quality system, Processes & Product meet purchase contract requirements.
