Currently responsible for managing a couple of large accounts, with complete ownership of Engineering delivery, PnL, CSAT and people management.

Involved in setting up and managing the Intel's NSG account for HCL. Started the engagement from scratch and helped grow the account to 100+ staff (geographically distributed across multiple locations in the US, Canada, Mexico and India) working on developing & validating the firmware and device drivers for Intel’s SATA, SAS & NVMe SSD’s.Technical program management for Intel’s NVMe SSD Driver Validation & Test Development, SATA SSD Firmware development, as well as the Datacentre Validation Engineering teams.Setup and managed the “Test Automation Factory” program for NetApp. Grew the account to 60+ engineers (across US and India). The team was responsible for automation of test cases developed across different Business Units and enhancing the Java based automation framework.Managing the accounts for Intel and NetApp entailed the following responsibilities: * Setting up of the facility, infrastructure and storage labs in India * Planning of the roadmap with the client * Staffing and enabling initial training for team members * Responding to RFP's/RFQ’s, working out business proposals, contracts, etc. * Preparing the Statement of Work, in consultation with the client managers * Monitoring the scope, schedule and contractual deliverables * Suggesting appropriate delivery and business models that would work best for the clients, providing cost savings and improving efficiency and productivity * Tracking the risks and issues at the GDC level * Executive communication and presentations as part of Quarterly Business Review meetings with the clientsWorked alongside the US sales teams, in identifying potential opportunities for business development at Intel and NetApp.Converted multiple RFP’s into successful business opportunities for HCL.Experience in implementing projects using Output based, Fixed Price and T&M Pricing Models.

Managed the dev & QA efforts for Manage ONTAP SDK client and Zephyr ONTAP project releases. Manage ONTAP SDK was highly used by NetApp partners and customers in delivering management frameworks and building customized solutions.Managed the validation of the NetApp Snap Drive and Snap Manager products.

Involved in setting up of the Offshore Delivery Centre for NetApp at Symphony Services, India. Helped grow the account to 50+ engineers, working on development, validation and test automation of various NetApp Storage Management products.Managed the validation of the following NetApp products – Snap Manager for Oracle, Snap Drive for Windows & Unix, Snap Manager for SQL Server.

Led the validation efforts for major categories (SE Management, Back-end Multi-Pathing, Volume Management, Serviceability and Storage Presentation) and was the Overall Category Lead for SE Management and Volume Management, for the Invista product.

Managed the validation of CASA features on RHEL, Windows and United Linux on IA64 (CASA was part of the family of storage network offerings from HP. The appliance allowed users to centrally manage resources, shared and protect business information).Oversaw the transitioning of HP SANWorks Storage products (SRM and SAR) and managed the Unix development & validation for feature enhancements and executing the Design Verification & System Integration tests.Transitioned the Storage Works Command Console product (GUI management framework for managing RAID arrays) single handedly from US. Facilitated setting up of the build environment for the different operating systems. Responsible for building a team to work on the development and validation of different releases of the product.
