Ms. Shi supported activities related procurement and implementation of a new DSCADA/DMS/OMS system for Center Point’s Distribution Operations division. Her responsibilities include to provide technical expertise to Center Point through different phases of the project including vendor evaluation and selection, contract negotiation, as well as system design, implementation and testing.
