Primarily based in the Commercial Directorate within TfL working on large multi-million pound outsourcing projects. Recent involvement in IT Infrastructure and Operational Services contracts in the Surface Transport. Leading a team of Business Analysts during the procurement process to produce key part of the contracts such as Statement of Requirements (Specification), Performance Regime, Mobilisation and Contract Management Schedules. Work closely with the relevant business units to understand their business needs and translate them into viable contractual requirements, whilst ensuring these contracts are commercially sound and deliver value for money. Currently working on Traffic Signals Installation & Maintenance Services (TCMS2) contract re-let project for Traffic Directorate within TfL, which is a large and complex multi-layer procurement process that involves competitive dialogue.

Provide commercial and contractual support to a portfolio of high profile contracts such as Congestion Charging Contract (LRUC), Enforcement Infrastructure Services Contract (EISA) and Communication Network Contracts within Transport for London.Responsible for drafting statement of requirements and contract schedules for large and often complex change requests such as introduction of Auto-Pay for Congestion Charging customers (value £5 million), London Cycle Hire Scheme eastern extension (value £30 million) and Removal of Western Zone of Congestion Charging (value 1 million).Responsible for leading the “value for money” contract negotiations and achieving a saving of £5 million following successful negotiations with network communication supplier by identifying synergies between contracts within TfL. Also responsible for achieving a saving of further £5.5 million following the negotiation with ), Enforcement Infrastructure Service Provider by introducing new technology solutions and re-aligning the service level agreements. Draft contractually binding notices and letters to suppliers; produce reports and option papers for the senior managers and approval boards with detailed analysis and own recommendations. Work closely with the legal, procurement, project, technical and operations teams.

Successfully manage Competitive Dialogue procurement process during outsourcing of Congestion Charging services.Manage final bid evaluation and ensure compliance with the evaluation strategy document.Coordinate all contractual amendments by liaising with the legal team.Managed action logs and decision logs and ensured all outstanding issue are resolved.Successfully completed the first TfL competitive dialogue style procurement process during the LRUC procurement;Successfully managed the final bid evaluation and leading up to the final consensus meetings with evaluators.Competent user of procurement tools such as AWARD and Bravo.

Successfully delivered a new Electronic Records Management system to TfL Congestion Charging directorate.Provide training to all Congestion Charging staff and set up user guidance and best practice across the directorate.Successfully migrating all key documents held in the local drives to the new system.

Draft responses to public inquiries relating to Healthcare and Education issues to a high standard with minor revision.Providing research support to head of policy and liaising with local authorities and other agencies to obtain information.
