-Scribes document the physician dictated patient history, including history of present illness,review of systems, past medical and surgical history, family and social histories, medications andallergies.-Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to document patient care as dictated by aphysician in a legible and clear manner, following all local, state, and federal guidelines fordocumentation.- Treat all information, data and training materials utilized in the scope of the Scribe position withcomplete confidentiality and security.- Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy in accordance with governingHIPAA regulations.

I was able to carry out a research regarding "Detection of gene polymorphisms in angiotensin II type 1 receptor among chronic kidney disease patients in Sri Lankan population". This thesis was presented as partial fulfilment of the assessment requirements for the award of BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science by University of Wolverhampton.
