I work on the intersection of AI and biology in a broad scope, including developing and applying single-cell foundation model for downstream multi-omics biological discoveries, AI-driven drug discovery, and deep learning guided protein engineering. I am interested in foundation models and LLMs for science including single-cell, genomic sequence, and protein, and how to use them to discover and interpret the biological mechanism.
