Semantic Health is transforming the processes of medical coding and auditing with artificial intelligence.As a Sr Machine Learning Engineer at Semantic Health, I am leading the Data team which is responsible for creating the pipelines and microservices which ensure data from various sources is made available to our science and application layer. Internship for Master ProjectThe title of my Master Thesis was "Improving Performance Of Machine Learning Algorithms Through Partial Result Caching". The objective was to be able to store values of intermediate calculations in order to speedup parallel machine learning computations. For this project, I implemented Local Outlier Factor on Apache Spark and used partial result caching to improve performance of its repeated execution.
